    Our client is a leading Japanese Medical Manufacturer. The commercial Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for daily sales and administrative support, and work coordination, this includes attending to sales inquiries, quotation, and overall support to the commercial team.

    Report to: Regional Sales Manager

    【 Responsibilities 】
    1) Sales related support
    - Provide daily sales support and coordination including attending to sales enquires, preparation of sales quotations, and attending to after-sales support
    - Assist in managing sales support projects including assisting in tender submission, product preparation etc.
    - Update and maintain of price list used for local quotation.
    - Ensure proper filling and record-keeping for all sales-related documents
    - Prepare sales-related data, report, etc. when required.

    2) Marketing related support
    - Assist in the preparation of reports on business potentials, product portfolio and market analysis/research etc.
    - Assist in marketing administrative tasks such as presentation marketing materials, product brochures, event preparation and etc.
    - Liaise with other departments for information exchange
    - Coordinate and liaise with vendors where necessary.

    3) Service sales-related support
    - Support technical / service calls and inquiries for local customers where required.
    - Perform other Ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Possess at least GCE A level or Diploma in any relevant field
    - 2 – 3 years of working experience in sales support, after-sales support, and project administration duties within the Trading or Medical industry
    - Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders
    - Highly proficient with MS Office applications (Especially Excel, and PowerPoint for providing sales-related reports)
    - Able to take on high volume of support and coordination roles
    - Meticulous, independent, able to take initiative, and to work under tight deadlines
    - Good interpersonal skills & team player

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience working in a Japanese company would be a plus
    - Exposure to regional responsibility/sales processes
