• Job Description

  Our client is a Japanese manufacturer. In this role, the Senior Manager (Business & Operations) will be pivotal in driving business growth and operational efficiency by overseeing key aspects of sales, marketing, and regional business strategies.
  
  You will be reporting directly to the Director/President.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Manage sales and marketing efforts, as well as prepare budget reports.
  - Plan, create, and implement sales strategy and activities in Singapore (including retail).
  - Sales analysis and progress tracking.
  - Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns and promotions, as well as social responsibility and sustainability initiatives, to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  - Improve after-sales service in the appropriate region.
  - Develop new customers and markets.
  - Identify potential clients, both domestic and international, and offer products. Pricing Management
  - Establish and update pricing, and monitor price competitiveness and the x-rate for Daiwa products.
  - Reports Prepare a sales, marketing, and management report.
  - Visit markets in Southeast Asia, India, and the Maldives, among others.
  - Contract management (sales and buy, after-sales service agreement, and tester agreement)
  - Others support other divisions due to inadequate resources.
