    Our client is one of the global leaders in the manufacturing of metalworking machinery and equipment. Currently, they are looking for a Service Engineer.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Provide after-sales service at client sites.
    - Maintain good relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support including maintenance and up-selling necessary parts and renewing the contract.
    - Visit the client's site to troubleshoot and resolve machine errors by analyzing both the hardware (machine) and the software (developed by the client company).
    - Assist machine installation and dismantling process.

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    <Must>
    - Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    - 1-2 years of hands-on experience in machining, engineering, or automotive repair.
    - Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
    - Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply; salary will be commensurate with experience.

    <Advantageous>
    - Possession of a Class 3 driving license for travel to client sites.
