  Our client, a global semiconductor printed circuit board industry leader, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join their Singapore team.
  
  Reporting to: Manager
  
  【Responsibilities】
  
  (Farming 95%, Hunting 5%)
  
  - Identify and engage with potential customers to secure new business opportunities.
  - Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services, effectively presenting them to customers to drive sales.
  - Maintain and nurture relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high customer satisfaction.
  - Handle customer inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate sales terms.
  - Work closely with the sales team to align on strategy, share insights, and achieve both individual and team sales targets.
  - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance sales approaches.
  - Assist in mentoring junior sales team members, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to best practices.
