船舶用バルブやストレーナーを手がける日系メーカーにて、事業・組織拡大に伴い、
コンサルティングセールスを募集しています。
既存顧客との関係を維持・強化しながら、新規顧客開拓による売上拡大を図る重要なポジションです。
セールスマネージャーの直属となります。
【 業務内容】
•新規事業開発・深耕型営業:
シンガポールの船主や船舶管理会社、特に日系企業や日本製船舶を多く管理する企業をご担当いただきます。
造船時に搭載されていた当社製品からの交換や競合他社製品の買い替えも積極的に提案していき、
お客様の船舶運航の効率化と安全性の向上を目指します。
•主要顧客との関係性深化:
主要顧客のニーズを詳細に分析し、その課題に対するソリューションを提供。
製品・サービスの更なる導入を促進し、顧客の事業運営における重要なパートナーとなることを目指します。
•新規顧客開拓
•船舶訪問による製品・サービスの検査:
燃料補給や貨物作業のためにシンガポールの港に停泊・係留している船舶への製品や技術サポートを提供。
エンドユーザー・現場からのフィードバックを得ることで、既存の製品・サービスの改善や顧客満足度の向上を目指します。
•補修工事関連:
提携修理会社と協力して、ドック入りする顧客の船舶に取り付けられた
当社製品を修理するためのやりとり、手続きをご担当いただきます。
将来的には、修理サービスを他社製品にも拡大することを目指していただきます
•営業戦略の立案~実行
•営業活動の進捗報告、調整
•顧客サポート&課題解決
製品設置後の顧客からの問い合わせや課題への対応。解決策の提供。
納品やアフターサービス等、迅速かつ丁寧な対応によってクライアントをサポートしていただきます。
•市場情報の収集
世界の主要な海事拠点であるシンガポールのエンドユーザーから定性的な情報を収集し、
製品の改善や新たなビジネスチャンス創出を目指す。

<必須要件>
- スタートアップフェーズにある企業への入社意欲、向上心がある方
- 3年以上の法人営業経験(出身業界は不問)
<優遇要件>
- 海運業界での経験と知識のある方
- 特に船舶管理会社とのネットワーク、コネクションをお持ちの方
- ITソリューション営業などのエンタープライズセールス経験者English Level
