    Our client is a reputable Japanese ship management company within the shipping industry. They are currently seeking a Senior/Assistant Manager of Accounting to join their team.

    Reporting To: General Manager.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently
    - Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation
    - Prepare and report monthly closing documents accurately
    - Perform journal entries and maintain bookkeeping records
    - Oversee management of operational and project costs
    - Provide support during audits
    - Compile and submit consumption tax returns

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】
    <Must>
    - At least a Diploma in an Accounting-related field
    - Minimum 5 years of full set accounting experience
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in the marine/logistics industry

    <Advantageous>
    - Experience in the marine industry is highly advantageous
