    Our Client, a Japanese manufacturing firm based in Singapore, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager proficient in Thai to support the regional market and drive sales growth in the area.

    Reporting to: Manager (based in Singapore)

    【Responsibilities】
    - Oversee and support sales operations in Thailand, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
    - Participate in strategic planning to drive business growth and sales expansion within the local market.
    - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, monitoring sales performance, and addressing challenges to achieve sales goals.
    - Identify and engage with potential new clients in Thailand to expand the customer base.
    - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

    - At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development within the regional market.
    - Proficiency in Thai is essential for effective communication with clients and distributors in the region.
    - Willing to relocate to Thailand to support and manage regional business operations.
