  • Job Description

    Our client, a Japanese construction company specializing in general construction, civil engineering, architectural works, and industrial plant construction, is seeking a Procurement Specialist for construction materials. This role supports projects primarily focused on plant construction and expansion.

    【What you will be working on】
    - Generate quotes for steel and other building materials.
    - Negotiate with suppliers and adjust costs as needed.
    - Visit sites in Jurong/Tuas to liaise with the Site Manager.
    - Estimate material costs and report findings to the Procurement Manager.
    - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Diploma or higher in a construction-related field.
    - At least 2-3 years of procurement experience in the construction industry.
    - Experience in preparing quotes for building materials.
