    Our client, a high-end Japanese Omakase restaurant, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Manager to lead operations at their newly opened establishment.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Deliver exceptional service to guests, oversee reservations, and address customer feedback.
    - Maintain adequate inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
    - Oversee store finances, including costs, sales, and profit & loss, along with other administrative tasks.
    - Supervise front-of-house staff and coordinate with the Japanese chef to ensure seamless operations.
    - Train service staff and uphold high service standards.
    - Create and update manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the store.

Qualifications

    【Requirements】
    < Must >
    - At least 3 years of experience as a service staff member in a high-end Japanese restaurant.
    - Proven customer service experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
    - Basic Computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and POS system operation.
    - Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with both staff and customers.
    - Flexible and able to adapt to varying shift requirements.

    - Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and Japanese sake.
