• Job Description

  Our client, a Japanese chemical manufacturer, is looking for a Logistics Assistant to primarily support the delivery and unloading of finished goods.
  
  Reports To: Logistics Supervisor.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Drive the truck for delivery/unloading of finished goods and collect back/load empty containers to/at the customer site.
  - Drive the truck for the transfer of any materials between office premises and off-site warehouses.
  - Ensure proper operation of truck and delivery of finished goods in a safe and timely manner.
  - Assist in the delivery/unloading of finished goods and collect back/loading empty containers to/from the customer site.
  - Conduct traffic control and safety of incoming and outgoing vehicles for shipment and deliveries.
  - Conduct proper housekeeping in the warehouse vicinity.
  - Assist in warehouse work when assigned such as:
  A. Prepare goods for shipment including label scanning.
  B. Carry out loading/unloading of goods from containers.
  C. Store goods on the racking system.
  D. Where possible, drive Prime Mover.
  - Strictly adhere to EHS and QMS procedures in all aspects of the activities.
  - Performs any other tasks as instructed by the superior.
