• Job Description

  Our client is an interior construction company seeking an Architectural Coordinator to oversee and execute various aspects of A&A (Additions and Alterations.) projects, focusing particularly on interior works from start to finish.
  
  You will be reporting to the Design Manager.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Assist the Project Manager with monitoring and managing the project's day-to-day activities.
  - Check and examine the Tender / Construction Drawings, and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies between drawings and project implementation.
  - Coordinate material procurement with consultants and users, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  - Attend and produce reports for frequent project meetings with clients and subcontractors.
  - Inspect to confirm that the works are completed to the appropriate quality standard and in line with the authorized plans and specifications.
  - Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of all project matters.
  - Prepare and submit shop drawings.
  - Prepare and submit as-built drawings (OMM).
  - Assist the Quantity Surveyor with variation order items.
