  Our client, a provider of high-quality plastics and synthetic rubber for industries such as automotive and electronics, is seeking a QA Specialist to join their esteemed organization
  
  Reporting to: QA Manager/Assistant Manager
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Support QA/Quality Manager in implementing and maintaining quality initiatives and plans in compliance with IATF requirements.
  - Review and approve batch release documents, including product grading records, analytical data, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
  - Promote awareness of Quality Policies, Objectives, and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) across the organization.
  - Provide CSR training and quality awareness sessions to employees.
  - Review, release and verify Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) related to raw materials, finished products, and logistics.
  - Generate and review IATF/ISO procedures and quality-related instructions.
  - Drive Cpk improvement, review control charts, MSA, and GR&R, and recommend actions.
  - Lead FMEA and Control Plan generation and revisions, and manage risk through goal formulation and contingency planning.
  - Act as Lead Auditor for IATF/ISO Internal Audits, report nonconformities and suggest improvements.
  - Handle customer complaints and investigations, and participate in R&D activities.
  - Participate in plant 5S/Housekeeping Initiatives, Safety Committee Meetings, and other quality-related meetings.
  - Provide QA/QC orientation to newcomers and perform other delegated tasks from the QA/Quality Manager.
