• Job Description

  Our client is an interior construction firm seeking a Project Manager - Building responsible for overseeing and executing various aspects of A&A (Additions and Alterations) projects with a focus on building.
  
  You will report to the Project Director.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Develop project plans and oversee all operational and administrative procedures from project initiation to completion.
  - Participate in the proposal and tendering processes, providing insights and advice.
  - Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met and construction progress aligns with timelines.
  - Monitor and manage project expenditures and expenses to maintain budget adherence.
  - Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure necessary submissions, permits, and documentation are in place.
  - Ensure work meets quality standards, specifications, local building codes, and company ISO standards as outlined in project plans and contracts.
  - Lead a project team to identify and mitigate risks, as well as resolve construction issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  - Assist the Project Director with additional Project Management responsibilities as needed.
