    Our client is a Japanese IT consulting firm and currently hiring a Senior Consultant (PMO for the financial industry). They are currently running a major project to adopt ISO 20022 in the bank's remittance system. They need a PMO member to coordinate issues, progress, risks, and quality for both users and the system for this project.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Collaborating with end users and Head Office to create planning papers for UAT/ BCP/ Migration/ Business rehearsals.
    - Leading tasks related to UAT/ BCP/ Migration/ Business rehearsals in coordination with end users and Head Office.
    - Facilitating meetings and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders in Singapore and Japan.
    - Adjusting project scopes and requirements as necessary.
    - Undertaking other relevant tasks as assigned by the project manager, including documentation and information gathering.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - At least 3 years of banking or consulting firm working experience.
    - Min 3 years of experience in the Banking Payment Business, encompassing e-banking, remittance, cross-border payment, etc.
    - Comprehensive understanding of SWIFT Message types and structures (e.g., MT101, MT103, MT940) and MX format (e.g., pain001, pacs008, camt053).
    - Familiarity with best practices for handling ISO20022 regulation changes, and the ability to find reasonable solutions tailored to specific banking corporations.
    - Proficiency in documentation, presentation, and meeting facilitation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and associates.
    - Demonstrated facilitation skills in managing multiple stakeholders.
    - Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process is a plus
    - Good to have Systematic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP).
