Job Description
Our client is a leading spare and service solutions provider, supporting the equipment portfolio and vessels built by a prominent global marine group. Your role will be crucial for the company's sales for technical services, fostering customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the execution of maintenance agreements, proposals, and negotiations.
【Responsibilities】
- Drive sales initiatives for technical services, including maintenance, modifications, repairs, and other services related to equipment manufactured by the Group Company.
- Maintain regular communication with shipowners and ship managers to promote technical sales programs for engines and other marine equipment.
- Manage customer inquiries, acting as a liaison between customers and headquarters.
- Handle incoming service requests and coordinate both local and global service operations.
- Oversee the execution of services under long-term maintenance agreements, ensuring seamless service delivery through collaboration with headquarters and customers.
- Provide general technical advice to customers, with support from the headquarters team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities.
- Analyze assigned customers to uncover potential business growth and opportunities.
- Review, prepare, and submit proposals and quotations to customers, following up and negotiating to secure orders.
- Provide weekly sales activity forecasts and updates on customer activities.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering/Business or relevant field
- More than 3 years of working experience in the Maritime industry, especially Marine Spart Parts/Equipment is a must
- Strong knowledge of marine market & products and ability to identify new business opportunities for the company
- Background in engine service and/or sales, particularly with licensors, licensees, or service providers
- Excellent communication in English to liaise and negotiate with English-speaking customers
(Advantageous)
- Experience working in MNC or Korean company environment
- Ability to join within 1 month or short notice
