Job Description
Our client is a leading provider of branded packaging and products for the luxury segment, offering global sourcing and logistical solutions for premium retail and speciality brands. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.【 Responsibilities 】- Process transactions, including sales orders, returns, and cancellations using internal ERP software.- Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer inquiries quickly and correctly.- Create and provide order acknowledgements to customers.- Communicate and coordinate with other departments, 3PLs, and customers to ensure effective and timely processing, delivery, and invoicing of orders.- Analyze customer inquiries, research solutions, if necessary, and provide suggestions for resolution to the Account Manager.- Collaborate with the Account Team to monitor and manage inventory.- Approve and release sales orders for warehouse fulfilment and prepare shipping documents.- Maintain a thorough understanding of designated accounts, including product knowledge, to make effective suggestions to the Account Manager.- Prepare various account-related reports for the Account Manager to review.- Assist the Account Team with daily functions.
