Our client, a Japanese accounting firm, is seeking a dedicated Senior Corporate Planning Executive to join their team.This role is vital in supporting the company’s corporate planning, internal control and governance, compliance, and risk management functions. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and alignment with legal standards and internal policies..【 Responsibilities 】1) Performance Management- Support departmental teams in aligning their efforts with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.- Assist in organizing and preparing reviews for the group’s strategic plan and scorecard, including KPI analysis and target setting.- Monitor the progress of key corporate initiatives and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights on business performance.- Assist in verifying group timesheet data via the Tracking Time system to ensure accuracy.2) Regulatory Compliance- Develop and manage internal frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies, laws, and industry standards.- Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.- Plan, develop, and conduct training sessions on internal controls, governance, and compliance matters.3) Organizational Planning- Support the development of organizational goals, strategies, and work plans in line with management directives.- Lead the annual planning of company-wide initiatives and corporate events (e.g., "Know Your Colleagues").- Drive the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Business Continuity Planning (BCP), including workplace and fire safety protocols.- Prepare presentations on corporate strategy, annual work plans, and budgets.4) Operations- Provide secretariat support including meeting coordination and minute-taking.- Assist with travel arrangements in collaboration with the administrative team.5) Strategic & Ad Hoc Projects- Assist in managing and executing departmental or organization-wide strategic projects in collaboration with key stakeholders.
