They are currently seeking a Warehouse Administration & Accounting professional to join their growing team!【 What you will be doing 】- Support office and warehouse maintenance by coordinating with building management and the landlord.- Manage office and warehouse administrative duties, along with any ad hoc tasks as assigned.- Prepare daily and weekly internal reports.- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices; stay informed about relevant processes with authorities (such as MOM, CPF, and SFA) to ensure adherence to regulations.- Process customer orders through the system, including delivery orders and sales invoices for outbound shipments.- Cross-check invoices against payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.- Liaise with sales personnel to follow up with customers on overdue payments.- Assist with sales support tasks.- Provide procurement support for local suppliers, coordinating the procurement of customer orders and ensuring timely deliveries.- Generate delivery lists for each outbound shipment and liaise with all logistics parties involved in deliveries and SFA matters.- Address HR-related matters, including CPF payments and posting job advertisements on CareersFuture or Jobstreet as needed.- Handle any additional tasks assigned by management.
