Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics to achieve optimal results.2) Brand Communication:- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s messages across multiple channels.- Create compelling content for a variety of marketing materials, including advertising, websites, emails, and print media.3) Brand Partnerships:- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and expand reach.- Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, organizations, and other brands to amplify messaging and drive brand awareness.4) Customer Relationship Management (CRM):- Develop and implement CRM strategies to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.- Segment customers based on demographics, behaviour, and preferences to deliver personalized communications and experiences.- Create incentives, promotions, and rewards to encourage repeat purchases and enhance customer lifetime value.5) Data Analysis:- Analyze customer data and marketing metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of brand and CRM initiatives.- Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.6) Budget Management:- Develop and manage budgets for brand development and CRM marketing initiatives.- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.7) Others, Ad-hoc:- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.- Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager of Operations & Marketing
