  Our client is a Japanese construction company. This role of a IT Support Officer is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of the company’s IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize downtime.
  
  This position is reporting to the Senior Engineer.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Resolve technical difficulties with computer hardware, software, networks, and other IT devices.
  - Respond to user inquiries, debug difficulties, and resolve software and hardware concerns.
  - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  - Maintain network infrastructure, including WAN/LAN connections and IT devices.
  - Manage IT assets, including inventory and supplies. Implement
  - Administering servers and managing firewall systems.
  - Complete additional tasks as specified by superior.
