  Our client, an IT consulting company, is seeking a Cyber Security System / Project Manager. The role involves managing multiple cyber security implementation projects for APAC branches of a prominent Japanese megabank.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Initiate and manage cybersecurity-related system implementation projects
  - Develop comprehensive project plans and handle management approval processes.
  - Conduct pre-studies, gather business and system requirements, define project scope, and manage estimation, scheduling, testing plans, migration plans, and risk assessments.
  - Define team roles and responsibilities, establish team structure, and oversee stakeholder and vendor management.
  - Prepare and present progress reports, planning documents, and evaluation summaries for management approval.
