    Our client, a renowned multinational corporation specializing in marine transportation services, is seeking a dedicated Accounting & Finance Assistant/Associate (AP) to join their dynamic team.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) functions. The AP daily tasks will include:
    a) Update the cashbook with actual and forecast
    b) Check AP vouchers
    c) Prepare payments
    d) Liaise with PICs and bank for payment or bank-related queries
    e) Advise PIC on AP and payment matters.
    - Liaise with banks and financial institutions
    - Liaise with other department colleagues and suppliers
    - Assist in month end closing
    - Liaise with auditors for audit matter and audit schedules
    - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Diploma in Accountancy (Diploma in Finance with 50% or more focus in Accountancy could be considered)
    - Up to 5 years of AP experience and willing to be a claims checker for AP
    - Inexperienced candidates who are keen to learn are welcome!
    - Ability to handle a high volume of transactions
    - Experience/ability to perform data entry checks from other departments
    - Fast learner, meticulous, and ability to liaise with various departments
    - Ability to join within 1 month's notice
    - Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts

    (Advantageous)
    - Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from a reputable university in Singapore
    - Working experience in Maritime or Shipping industry would be a plus
    - Experience using PeopleSoft will be advantageous but not a must
