This role is responsible for managing daily HR and administrative functions, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations.The ideal candidate is passionate about talent engagement, possesses a strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company while improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.【 Responsibilities 】1) HR & Administrative Operations- Oversee daily HR and administrative tasks.- Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and manage job descriptions for new positions.- Maintain employee leave records and serve as an approver in the leave system.- Administer work pass applications and renewals (EP, S Pass, WP).- Collaborate with the Accounts team to process monthly payroll.- Prepare and submit quarterly reports to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).- Handle government claims (e.g., NS MUP, maternity benefits, etc.).- Draft HR-related documents (e.g., LOA, termination, probation, and increment letters).- Maintain and update company SOPs and the employee handbook.- Assist with audits by ensuring fixed assets and documentation are in order.2) Talent Acquisition & Hiring- Proactively identify and attract top candidates to join the company.- Oversee internal hiring processes and work closely with managers and stakeholders.- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate the interview process.3) Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture- Foster open and transparent communication to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and track engagement trends.- Recognize and celebrate employees’ work achievements and personal milestones, such as birthdays and international events (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day).- Plan and implement company activities that promote employee interaction and align with organizational culture.- Act as a bridge between employees and management, advocating for employee needs and concerns.- Organize company events, including the annual Dinner & Dance, in collaboration with relevant departments.4) Onboarding & Offboarding- Conduct HR onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.- Set up and reset employee laptops during onboarding and offboarding.5) Performance Management- Support the management team in conducting biannual employee evaluations and appraisals.- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
