    Our client is a leading provider of spare parts and service solutions, supporting the equipment portfolio and vessels of a renowned global marine group. They are looking for an HR/Admin Officer to expand their team!

    Reporting to: Team Leader/Manager

    【 Responsibilities 】
    HR Administration:
    - Manage and maintain HR records, employee databases, and HR systems.
    - Assist in administrative tasks related to expatriate employees.
    - Handle general HR administrative tasks such as updating records, and organising HR-related documents.

    Office Administration:
    - Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory management such as pantry and office stationery.
    - Manage office assets, ensuring proper tracking and maintenance of office equipment and furniture.
    - Handle office maintenance, liaising with vendors and service providers.
    - Support company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
    - Manage administrative records and ensure proper document filing and retention.
    - Assist in planning and coordinating the office relocation, including vendor coordination, logistics management, and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

    IT Support:
    - Provide basic IT troubleshooting support for office staff (e.g., email, software, hardware issues).
    - Assist in coordinating with external IT service providers.
    - Ensure proper setup of workstations for new employees.
    - Maintain office equipment and IT asset inventory.
    -Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
    - Support various tasks as required by management.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - Inexperienced candidates with high interest in HR, Administrative, and Basic IT are welcome!
    - Candidates with relevant HR, Admin, and Basic IT experience (Up to 3 years) are encouraged to apply too!
    - Possess basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills are required
    - Possess positive attitude and strong willingness to adjust and learn!
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (any software is fine!)

    (Advantageous)
    - Familiarity in MNC or Korean company environment would be a plus
    - Ability to join within 1 month's notice or short notice
