  Our client is a global FMCG company specializing in baby and maternity products. As an IT Executive, together with the IT Manager, to oversee, plan, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, cybersecurity, network management, ERP optimization, and seamless integration of technology to enhance business operations.
  
  Reporting to: Senior Operations & IT Manager
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Plan, implement, and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure.
  - Assess, diagnose, and resolve system issues by providing effective solutions and upgrades.
  - Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, copiers, phone PBX systems, CCTV, security alarms, Windows operating systems, and software applications.
  - Manage IT assets, including hardware and software packages.
  - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
  - Set up and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to ensure security and connectivity.
  - Implement cybersecurity measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and malware threats.
  - Administer, maintain, and optimize the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business processes and seamless integration with the intranet.
  - Ensure the reliability and integrity of the network infrastructure by installing, maintaining, and managing all data network equipment.
  - Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance business processes, increase productivity, and drive efficiency.
  - Analyze and understand company process needs, and software specifications, and provide technical support to relevant departments.
  - Manage and collaborate with developers for web management services, ensuring smooth operation and updates of the office website and intranet.
  - Analyze and optimize databases by integrating software upgrades and new technologies.
  - Recommend and implement necessary hardware upgrades to enhance system performance.
  - Gather requirements, analyze, design, and develop integration solutions and APIs.
  - Create workflows and connectors to enhance system integration.
  - Research and evaluate new technologies, trends, and best practices, assessing their potential benefits for the company.
