    Our client specializes in debt financing and consulting services. They are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance to support their corporate finance activities and client engagements.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Play an active role in corporate finance sales activities, including structured finance transactions such as bilateral corporate loans, syndicated loans, and leveraged buyout (LBO) loans.
    - Assist in developing new client relationships and preparing materials for internal approvals.
    - Support the preparation, execution, and post-execution monitoring of loan documentation and related transactions.
    - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient documentation processes.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum Diploma, preferably in Accounting or Corporate Finance
    - At least 3 years of experience in structured finance, including bilateral corporate loans, syndicated loans, and leveraged buyout (LBO) loans.
    - Basic understanding or hands-on experience in Accounting and Corporate Finance
    - Familiarity with loan structuring and documentation
    - Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development
