  Our client is a reputable Japanese trading company, currently seeking to fill the role of a Senior IT Executive / Assistant IT Manager for the IT department.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Support regional IT security/infrastructure project rollout to subsidiary group companies.
  - Manage and update the online document library.
  - Technical support for IT security and networking service infrastructure.
  - Organise periodic meetings and management reports.
  - Explain global IT standard policies guidelines, and manuals to group companies.
  - Assess and analyse existing IT policy and environment.
  - Support improvement planning, executive and issue escalation.
  - Guide and support group companies to implement IT SOP.
  - Proactively communicate, and track performance and milestone metrics to project members and IT leadership.
  - Communicate to various functional departments with support projects, process changes, issues and deliverables.
