They are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to support their legal and compliance functions.【Responsibilities】- Review tenders and projects, identifying and explaining legal risks to company stakeholders.- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including sales, support/maintenance, professional services, reseller, distribution, supplier contracts, statements of work, memoranda of understanding, letters of intent, software licensing, maintenance and support agreements, consortium and teaming agreements, prime and sub-contracts.- Provide legal advice on general business matters, including data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and competition trade issues.- Develop, implement, and enforce legal policies in collaboration with management.- Support and monitor compliance-related matters, advising and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.- Assist with corporate secretarial work and maintain the contract database, if required.- Handle ad-hoc regional matters as assigned.
