‐ 部門長への定期レポート
‐ 一般保険商品の引受業務
- クライアントからの問い合わせ、リクエスト、苦情、保険金請求に関する対応
- 新規ビジネス、更新、クレーム発生時のクライアント訪問を計画・実施
- クライアントとの良好な関係を構築し、既存の取引を維持・拡大
- 日系クライアント向けの更新戦略を計画
- 会社の引受ガイドラインに従い、クライアント向けの引受見積を作成
- 紹介フォームの作成、カバーノートの発行、保険料の回収
- クライアントの情報管理

<必須要件>
‐ 四年生大学卒業
‐ 保険業界での3年以上の、勤務経験
‐ ビジネスレベルの英語力
