  Our client is launching a new business and establishing a factory in Singapore. They are seeking a Finance Manager/Senior Manager to join as a start-up member.
  
  Reporting To: CFO or a designated representative.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  
  1) Financial Planning and Analysis:
  - Lead the financial planning process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
  - Provide insightful analysis and financial recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  
  2) Financial Reporting:
  - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the CFO and stakeholders.
  - Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  
  3) Cash Flow Management:
  - Monitor cash flow projections and manage working capital to ensure operational needs are met.
  - Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
  - Develops a strategy and executes foreign currency hedging
  
  4) Financial Audit:
  - Manage the financial audit process with auditing firms responsibly.
  - Prepare annual financial documents for the audit.
  - Coordinate with suppliers for reconciliations, confirm construction progress and equipment status with vendors, and manage other related tasks to ensure audit readiness.
  
  5) Processing Payments:
  - Review and approve all remittance and payroll requests.
  - Ensure timely payments each month to avoid delays.
  - Organize the workflow for remittance requests as needed.
  
  6) Cost Accounting:
  - Develop and implement a cost accounting system.
  - Collaborate with relevant departments to establish the system effectively.
  - Provide detailed analyses and reports on costs incurred at the plant.
  
  7) Risk Management:
  - Identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  - Develop and implement necessary regulations for internal control.
  - Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  
  8) Financial Operations:
  - Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  - Review and approve all journal entries for accurate recording.
  - Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  
  9) Tax Compliance:
  - Coordinate and oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  - Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and reviews.
  
  10) Application for Public Support:
  - Respond to applications for grants, tax incentives, and other funding opportunities.
  - Prepare the necessary documentation and submission forms.
  
  11) Team Leadership and Development:
  - Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  - Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  
  12) Strategic Initiatives:
  - Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and business expansion plans.
  - Conduct financial due diligence and integrate financial operations post-acquisition.
  
  13) Communication and Collaboration:
  - Effectively communicate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  - Collaborate with other departments to align with overall business objectives.
  - Address financial inquiries and requests from parent companies promptly.
