    Our Client provides customized solutions for developing talent and organizations. They are seeking a Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking) to support clients' training needs and manage projects from program creation to implementation.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Understand clients' training needs and provide tailored programs while supporting their implementation.
    - Collaborate with consultants to develop training programs.
    - Manage projects throughout the program lifecycle.
    - Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
    - Prepare Zoom operations and links for orientations.
    - Compile questionnaires and other feedback after orientation sessions.
    - This position requires business travel to ASEAN countries and Japan.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    <Must>
    - Degree holders in any field.
    - At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
    - Proficient in both English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N1) is essential to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking counterparts.
    - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
    - Willingness to travel overseas for business trips to ASEAN countries every 2-3 months for approximately 1 week. Travel frequency may vary based on project needs.

    <Advantageous>
    - Project management experience is a plus.
    - Strong communication skills.
