    Our client, a fintech company, is seeking a proactive and versatile HR Manager to join their dynamic team. As the sole HR professional, you will be responsible for managing all HR-related functions, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the company’s growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish and build the HR framework from the ground up.

    【Responsibilities】
    1)Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire the right talent.
    - Develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring efforts with team leaders.

    2) HR Policies & Compliance:
    - Create and implement HR policies in compliance with local labour laws.
    - Ensure employment contracts, leave policies, and other HR documents are kept up to date.

    3) Employee Relations:
    - Promote a positive work environment and address employee concerns effectively.
    - Manage onboarding, and offboarding, and provide day-to-day HR support for the team.

    4) Performance Management:
    - Establish simple performance management processes and feedback systems.
    - Support team members' growth by identifying training and development opportunities.

    5) Payroll & Benefits Administration:
    - Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits for the team.
    - Ensure the accurate and timely processing of salaries and statutory contributions.

    6) HR Operations:
    - Handle day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes.
    - Provide support with office management and general administrative tasks as needed.

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    <Must>
    - A Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    - Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or technology sectors
    - Demonstrated experience in managing comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations
