    Our client, a leading private equity fund company, is looking for an experienced Equity Analyst to join their team.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Identify and originate investment opportunities in major ASEAN markets, working in collaboration with the investment team at Japan HQ
    - Prepare internal investment committee documents and external marketing materials (investment teasers and memoranda) to attract co-investor interest
    - Develop and analyze basic valuation models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and comparable company analysis, for assessing entry pricing
    - Conduct post-investment monitoring and management of portfolio companies
    - Maintain constant communication with teams in Singapore and Japan, and liaise with external parties, including potential buyers, co-investors, and deal originators
    - Manage investor relations (IR) for both existing and prospective investors/clients

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    <Must>
    - Proficiency in financial statement analysis, valuation modelling, accounting, and a strong understanding of alternative investments
    - At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, investment, or management consulting
    - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
    - Willingness to take on a variety of tasks, including administrative responsibilities, due to the lean team structure
    - Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with proficiency in English
