日系コンサルティング会社にて、リージョナルで人事コンサルティングや研修企画の営業・営業企画をしていただける方を募集しております。
【 仕事内容 】
主に東南アジア諸国に拠点を構えている日系企業のダイレクターや、マネージャークラスの方へ研修企画のコンサルティング営業をしていただきます。
打ち合わせ、仮説検証、課題特定、課題に沿った提案、その後の研修企画実行までのプロジェクトマネジメント、振り返りが業務の主な流れになります。
ビジネスプランニング、マーケティングなど、コンサルティング営業以外にも様々なことにチャレンジしていただける環境です。
- 新規開拓(8割程度):アポ取り(電話、リスト作成、商談、クロージング、また商品開発に繋がりそうな顧客の潜在ニーズの把握。企画書作成、請求書発行なども含む)
- 既存顧客(2割程度):ニーズヒアリング、研修企画、各種アレンジメント、実行
※ASEAN英語圏マーケット:シンガポール及びタイ、インドネシア等への営業。将来的にベトナムなどへも拡大展開予定

【求める人物像】
■必須要件
- 無形商材の営業経験が5年以上ある方(もしない場合は、人や組織マネジメントに興味が関心を強くお待ちの方)
- 新規営業を厭わず、業務を自立遂行できる方(組織規模として少数精鋭で行っております)
- ビジネスで使用できる英語力をお持ちの方(ビジネス使用経験がなくても留学やワーホリ経験があり、コミュニケーションが取れる方も歓迎)
- Microsoft officeスキル(プレゼンや提案資料作成なども求められます)
- 1ヶ月に最低1週間から2週間の出張が可能な方。エリア:タイ、インドネシア、ベトナム、マレーシア
- 2025年度以降の入社が可能な方

Our client is a Japanese trading company providing a wide range of materials and machinery products and services to various industries, including molding injection, electronics, semiconductors, etc.The Sales Executive role focuses on new business development, particularly in the molding injection or materials sectors.
