• 工作内容

  Our client is a Japanese chemical manufacturing company. The role of Electrical Plant Engineer is to ensure the reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment and drive energy efficiency and cost optimization within the plant
  
  【Responsibilities】
  1. Ensure all Plant’s equipment reliability and usability:
  - Review and plan equipment service and replacement schedule
  - Conduct root analysis for complicated equipment breakdown and exceptional report
  - Recommend for equipment modifications
  - Take charge of the schedule for plant equipment overhaul and service SDM tasks
  - Respond to urgent breakdown incident
  
  2. Ensure energy efficiency by optimizing energy consumption:
  - Review and develop relevant SOPs
  
  3. Monitor and ensure Plant’s compliance with electrical safety regulations, and systems and equipment meet required standards.
  - Response for yearly sub-station shutdown PM
  - Attend to all electrical-related troubleshooting.
  - Manage inventory updates.
  - Review, prepare, and provide inputs for Risk Assessment
  
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance strategies and identify areas for cost reduction:
  - Manage and supervise contractors' work
  - Negotiate the price of the proposal sent by contractors
  - Review reports submitted by contractors
  - Manage the cost of the project and project milestones
  - Manage the RM cost
  
  5. Ensures all projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet the desired specifications:
  - Review all vendor contracts and recommend the performance of contractors
  - Conduct vendor service performance audit
  - Liaise with the HQ technical team for process improvement and equipment issues
