  Our client is a Japanese-listed real estate company. This position is in charge of managing ongoing residential projects and acquisition sites, as well as developing joint venture partners for office/mixed-use/residential complexes in Indonesia and Singapore.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as management, landlords, consultants, contractors, and relevant government agencies, to meet the project's scope, specifications, budget, and schedule (e.g. Research, Strategic planning review, Manage Project Launch, Media budget control, Product quality control)
  - Planning (including project budget preparation and tender administration), executing, monitoring, managing, and completing property development within the stipulated timeframe and budget for a new project.
  - Acquisition of new projects including selection and negotiation with potential partners
  - Closing of Joint Venture (JV) agreements and related contracts with JV partners
  - Construction progress management and project management of acquired properties (revenue and expenses, cash flow plan, etc.) for existing development projects
  -Prepare for the reporting materials.
  - Frequent travel to meet with possible clients/partners or to visit the project location and do market studies for Indonesian properties.
