工作内容
Our client is a manufacturing and trading company that specialises in FA components. In this role, the Business Development Support is in charge of all back-end business operations relating to inventory, to optimize inventory and service levels ensuring the customers will have a seamless ordering/ purchasing experience with the company. The candidate will report to the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for the following activities. 【What will you be working on】- Collect and analyse historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products- Place purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock.- Minimize Out-of-stock by actively monitoring stock inventory.- Work closely with suppliers for timely delivery and expedite when necessary. - Handle customer technical support cases through phone or email submission, communicate with the supplier (if necessary) - Maintenance or updating product master database.- Work with other departments on product-related activities such as product discounts, quality checks etc.- Collate statistics and generate reports.- Performs other related duties as assigned.

In this role, the Customer Service Assistant is in charge of handling customer's inquiries and assisting business operations smoothly.This role will report to the Customer Service and POC Manager.【Responsibilities】- Handle and process large volumes of quotations and sales orders within the stipulated target time (including verifying and rectifying part number errors on the orders) - Respond to enquiries from customers via phone, email and web chat in a prompt, courteous and professional manner - Process claims that arise from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise with regard to customers’ orders (including requesting lead time changes to suppliers) - Encourage customers to order online through the e-commerce store- Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by management

They are seeking a Secretary to provide essential support for the firm's legal and administrative tasks.Reporting to: Director 【What you will be working on】- Manage the lawyer's schedule and appointments.- Handle document management, including the collection, and preparation of PowerPoint presentations, and sales materials.- Coordinate logistics for business trips, including booking transportation, hotels, and restaurants.- Liaise with law firms and other stakeholders in various countries.- Perform secretarial duties such as company incorporation, Bizfile filing, and office inventory management.- Support work pass applications and liaise with relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
