    Our client is a renowned telecommunications firm in Japan offering extensive global and local communication solutions tailored to the unique needs of each region. They are currently looking to hire a presales Network Consultant to join their esteemed organization.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Offer consultation, solutions, and product expertise to support the sales team.
    - Identify customer business and technical needs to create sales opportunities with suitable solutions.
    - Develop customized solutions to achieve customer business objectives, optimizing investment and satisfaction.
    - Deliver solution presentations to customers and prepare technical proposals including cost estimates.
    - Stay informed about market trends to address customer needs and identify new products/services to enhance existing solutions.
    - Collaborate closely with technology and business partners, fostering and expanding relationships.
    - Transition projects smoothly to the post-sales team upon order confirmation.
    - Maintain and expand service offerings with existing customers to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder
    - Minimum of 2 years of IT experience focused on Network & Data Centre solutions.
    - Familiar with Cisco
    - Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

    (Preferable)
    - Proficiency in one or more of the following areas preferred: Cisco Data Centre technologies, Network security (Firewall, VPN, etc.), Cisco ISE, and Cisco WLAN.
    - SME-level knowledge is required.
    - Strong business acumen and a keen interest in staying updated with emerging technologies.
    - Strong consultative skill set to include communications with varying levels of customer personnel as well as the ability to identify and help close new opportunities within existing clients
