  Our client is a leading interior fit-out and furniture solutions provider, specializing in high-quality, custom-built interiors for commercial, hospitality, and residential spaces. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor (Joinery) to support their business growth and tendering processes.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Prepare cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.
  - Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance with the building and construction regulations.
  - Conduct feasibility studies of client requests Site visits, assessments and projections for future work.
  - Liaise with contractors and builders to provide cost-effective plans that meet high-quality standards.
  - Provide advice on contractual claims so that the project scope is managed.
  - Document any changes in design and updating budgets.
  - Analyse completed work and arrange payment to contractors.
  - Allocate upcoming work to contractors.
