Our client is a leading comprehensive real estate developer and investor known for its leadership position in the Japanese market and its active in various types of assets worldwide, including commercial, residential, logistics, and hospitality. They are seeking a Senior HR Executive to assist the Compliance Deputy General Manager in overseeing compliance and internal control functions.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Work closely with vendors to process the monthly payroll of all group companies. The operation includes but is not limited to data collection, review & verification of the calculation report prepared by vendors, validating remuneration and benefits etc.
- Work closely with vendors to process monthly, quarterly and annual personal income tax for all group companies. The operation includes but is not limited to data collection, review & verification of the calculation report prepared by vendors, submission etc.
- Liaise with HQ in Japan for expatriates’ salary data collection, clarification, etc., for payroll and personal income tax operation.
- Ensure timely salary payments and personal income tax submissions and payments without delay.
- Coordinate with the Finance & Accounting team and HQ to handle the cost-sharing between HQ and regional office in Singapore and group companies in other countries.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure compliance with all labour and tax laws in all group companies, alert management on upcoming statutory changes and highlight potential impacts on a timely basis.
- Support HR manager to coordinate with other functions for the labour cost-related data preparation, such as cash flow forecast, accrual, budgeting, audit etc.
- Prepare quarterly headcount reports at the regional level.
- Responsible for the statutory reports/survey submission in Singapore, and support local HR team for the statutory report submission in each country.
- Support and execute HR-related initiatives.
- Other duties assigned by the company.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, including payroll and Personal Income Tax (PIT) for Vietnam, Indonesia, or Thailand.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1) to communicate with Japan HQ, payroll vendors, tax agencies, etc.
(Advantageous)
- Experience working in a regional office with subsidiaries in SEA.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.
- Strong analytical, process-driven, and well-organized mindset with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.英語
