  Our client is a global FMCG company specializing in baby and maternity products. They are seeking a Sales Manager (FMCG, Domestic Market) with extensive experience in FMCG, modern trade, and physical stores.
  
  You will report directly to the Managing Director.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Lead a team of Sales executives, Sales Representatives, and Sales Promoters to manage the business growth for the Singapore market.
  - Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to contribute to meeting sales targets and profit objectives.
  - Prepare and formulate an annual sales plan, budget, and forecast for assigned channels and develop an action plan to achieve business objectives.
  - Generate insights and redefine strategy based on sales analysis, the effectiveness of promotional activities, and market intelligence.
  - Expand sales and distribution channels, including distributor management
  - Work closely with retailers and distributors, negotiate and review trading terms and promotion schedules.
  - Review and improve the policies and processes and develop a strategic plan
  - Prepare regular management reporting
