Our client is a reputable Japanese company that provides digital solutions to businesses and individuals. They are looking for an Account Manager to join their Commercial Sales department.
【Responsibilities】
- Identify and prospect potential clients using a variety of techniques, including industry research, cold calling, and networking.
- To reach or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales sales target by developing and maintaining a solid sales pipeline.
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients.
- Establish and preserve solid, gratifying connections with clients.
- Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and clearly communicate the benefits of our services.
- Respond to consumer issues and queries and in a timely and courteous manner.
- Keep abreast of market developments, industry trends, and competition.
- Examine market data to develop new prospects and modify sales tactics as required.
- Prepare precise and attractive price quotes and proposals for clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt delivery products and services. high-quality
- Maintain thorough records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related opportunities.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in IT office automation or equivalent.
- Positive, aggressive and result-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with clients
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license to travel to customer sites.
(Advantageous)
- Candidates who can commence work on short notice.
