    Our client, a renowned Japanese restaurant, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic planning for their sushi restaurant.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Work closely with Japan HQ, ensuring smooth communication and business alignment.
    - Prepare the Yearly Financial Budget Report, manage monthly performance (P&L, Income Statement), and oversee managerial accounting tasks.
    - Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments in politics, society, and economics.
    - Analyze product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to refine business strategies.
    - Monitor cash flow and other financial aspects to support decision-making.
    - Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and lead teams effectively.
    - Develop and propose new business strategies and innovative concepts for growth.
    - Handle ad-hoc business-related tasks as needed.

  • 応募条件

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - At least 5 years of experience in business development or planning.
    - Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) in speaking, listening, and writing is essential for effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
    - Basic knowledge of Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Finance.
    - Strong documentation skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office software.

    (Advantageous)
    - Strong work ethic, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
    - Proactive, organized, and capable of managing time efficiently.
    - Experience in store management within the F&B industry.
    - Immediate availability or ability to commence work within a short notice period.
