  Our client is a leading spare and service solutions provider, supporting the equipment portfolio and vessels built by a prominent global marine group. As a Sales Support Officer, you will efficiently manage inquiries, ensure accurate data, streamline sales processes, support reporting, foster customer relationships, and assist in negotiating bulk or long-term orders while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

  【Responsibilities】
  - Efficiently manage inquiries and maintain clear communication with headquarters.
  - Oversee daily transactional activities and address sales-related requirements.
  - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of both commercial and technical data.
  - Streamline and expedite sales processes through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  - Conduct regular reviews of databases to support timely and accurate periodic reporting.
  - Foster and strengthen business relationships by maintaining rapport with both existing and potential customers.
  - Provide comprehensive support to sales team projects and initiatives.
  - Engage with customers to negotiate and manage bulk or long-term orders effectively.
