    Our client is a Japanese automotive parts manufacturer. You will be in charge of both providing solutions and developing sales for the company.

    Reporting to: Manager

    【Responsibilities】
    - Identify optimal components and solutions to address issues in automatic transmission systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
    - Provide expert advice and guidance to customers and internal teams on automatic transmission technologies, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices.
    - Drive the development of sales strategies and product offerings to expand the company’s automatic transmission product range and enhance market presence.
    - Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company’s product offerings remain competitive and relevant.
    - Support additional tasks as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team and company objectives.

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Minimum ITE or Diploma in Engineering
    - At least 1 year as an Auto Transmission Specialist or similar role in the Automotive industry
    - Candidate should be comfortable to do sales (training is provided)
    - Experience in transmission rebuilds, replacements, and overhauls
    - Good communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin customers and stakeholders
    - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
    - Comfortable going for business trips for about 1-2 per month within SEA countries
    - Strong mechanical and technical aptitude and necessary training will be provided.

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience working in a Japanese company is a plus!
