  Our client, the first established insurance company in Japan, is seeking an Assistant Executive / Executive (Motor Claims) to join their team.
  
  【What will you be working on】
  - Manage and process motor insurance claims efficiently, professionally, and equitably within established turnaround times, adhering to authority limits and company procedures
  - Ensure reserves are updated in a timely and accurate manner
  - Identify and manage potential fraudulent claims effectively
  - Handle phone and email inquiries, and assist walk-in customers and claimants
  - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and intermediaries
  - Mentor administration assistants in their support roles
  - Review and streamline work processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  - Ensure all recovery claims are pursued and followed up periodically for resolution
  - Conduct periodic active file reviews
