  Our client is a leading logistics and transportation company based in Singapore. They are looking for a Freight Forwarder to manage and coordinate air transportation operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.
  
  You will be reporting to the Managing Director.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Arrange transportation solutions, including air freight or shipping, based on customer needs, while optimizing routes and managing transportation costs.
  - Oversee customs procedures for imports and exports, including document preparation and management of customs duties.
  - Monitor shipments from pickup to final delivery, providing customers with timely updates and tracking information.
  - Address customer requests and inquiries, resolving transportation-related issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  - Estimate transportation costs and negotiate with suppliers and carriers to secure competitive rates.
  - Utilize systems such as Cargo Wise for import customs clearance, trucking arrangements, delivery coordination, and invoicing.
