    Our client is a Japanese entertainment/gaming company. They are currently looking for an Events Executive.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Organize the company's official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
    - Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, and generate engagement for various company events and tournaments circuits
    - Manage shop tournaments
    - Manage PR materials to be used at events
    - Manage events budgets, and expenses and negotiate for best rates
    - Manage/support other events (including mobile gaming)
    - Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of events

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    - Comfortable with going to the warehouse for pick-packing & preparing of marketing collaterals
    - Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
    - Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

    (Advantageous)
    - Knowledge in Trading Card Game(s)
