Our client, a trading company specializing in Japanese office furniture, is looking for an Accounts Executive to support our Senior Accounting in handling daily accounting operations. The role will report to the Senior Accounts.【 Responsibilities 】- Perform daily sales closing and reconciliation for the stationery retail store. - Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) processing, including supplier invoices and payment preparation. - Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) matters where required.- Prepare and maintain basic accounting records and documentation. - Assist with monthly accounts closing and reconciliation tasks. - Ensure proper filing and record keeping of accounting documents. - Liaise with internal departments and vendors on finance-related matters. - Support the Senior Accounts with general accounting and administrative duties when required.

They are seeking a data-driven and customer-centric CRM Executive (Retail Loyalty & FMCG – Singapore Market) to support the development and execution of membership and loyalty campaigns for the Singapore retail market. This role will focus on driving member acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation through targeted CRM strategies and marketing automation initiatives.【 Responsibilities 】- Assist in developing, executing, and optimising membership-related campaigns and automations to achieve CRM KPIs (e.g. acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, reactivation).- Strategically curate and deliver engaging, channel-appropriate content across EDM, SMS, and other CRM channels.- Manage campaign segmentation and support end-to-end campaign execution, including requirement gathering, data extraction, deployment, communications, and performance tracking.- Track, measure, and report campaign performance; design and conduct A/B testing (e.g. subject lines, SMS copy, send timing, frequency) to improve results.- Provide timely analysis and actionable insights to enhance CRM effectiveness.- Collaborate closely with company stakeholders to maximise CRM platform capabilities and enhance personalised, dynamic customer communications.- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve membership-related feedback and complaints.- Support ad-hoc CRM initiatives and projects as assigned.
