  • Job Description

    Our client is a reputable Japanese company specializing in global logistics solutions. They are currently seeking a Regional Internal Audit Head to lead audit projects and ensure service delivery is in line with group policies and business compliance standards.

    Reporting to: Risk Management Director

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Manage the Regional Internal Audit function, focusing on the Asia Pacific region
    - Serve as the key lead, ensuring that the project management and service delivery are achievable
    - Plan and execute audit activities across various business units and countries, including risk assessment, evaluation of internal controls, and the development of actionable improvement recommendations.
    - Conduct audit follow-ups, prepare comprehensive audit reports, and present findings to senior management.
    - Provide consultation & support to senior management in general corporate risk management as a secondary role.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Degree holder and/or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, or CIA.
    - At least 14–15 years of relevant experience in external or internal audit with regional exposure (Asia Pacific or similar) and within multinational corporations (MNCs).
    - Experience or strong knowledge of the shipping or logistics industry
    - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
    - A hands-on team player who is proactive, takes ownership, and is involved in all aspects of the job
    - Commercially minded, with the ability to balance business needs while maintaining audit independence
    - Confident and mature leader, capable of interacting with senior stakeholders across the region.
    - Willing to travel extensively across the Asia Pacific region (up to 30%).
